Who we are

This website is run by the studio of the painter Bandah Ali, in Hyderabad and Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan. For anything about your data, write to bandahaliarts [at] gmail.com or message +92 345 3662534 on WhatsApp.

What we collect

Collectors’ letter. If you subscribe, we keep your email address so we can write to you about new canvases and shows, a few times a year. Nothing else is asked for.

Enquiries. The Enquire and Contact buttons open WhatsApp or your own email app. What you send reaches the studio through those services; this website does not store it.

Server logs. Like any website, our host records technical details of each request (IP address, browser, pages requested, time) to keep the site running and secure. These logs are kept for a short period and not used to identify you.

What we don’t do

No advertising, no analytics or tracking scripts, no tracking cookies, and we never sell or share your address. The site remembers in your browser, for that visit only, that you have seen the opening animation; nothing is sent to us.

Who handles it for us

• Render hosts the website (servers in the United States).
• Resend delivers our emails; subscriber addresses are kept in the studio’s inbox and Resend’s mailing list.
• Instagram (Meta): the Social page and home strip show our latest posts; viewing them loads images from Instagram’s servers, under Instagram’s privacy policy.
• WhatsApp and your email provider carry any message you choose to send us.

Your choices

To stop the letter, reply “unsubscribe” to any of them or write to us. You can also ask us at any time to show you, correct or delete what we hold about you, and we will do so within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK you may also complain to your data protection authority.
